Role: The MSS VP External Canada is the liaison between the MSS and the Canadian Federation of Medical Students (CFMS), a nationwide organization of 15 medical school societies across Canada. The CFMS represents over 8000 medical students in Canada to national and international organizations, giving medical students the power to have their voice heard on a larger scale to help change the future of Canadian health care and medical education. The CFMS provides opportunities for publication, funding for projects, international exchanges, student discounts and more.
