About the Club
McGill’s Medical and Dental Student Podcast aims to create an inclusive and safe environment for medical and dental students to engage in various topics relevant to all areas of medicine and dentistry, as well as other hot topics.
This podcast will be hosted by Amy Khodr, a third-year dental student at McGill University, and Maya Alik, a first-year medical student at McGill University. Navigating this journey together will make way for honest and important discussions, which will promote camaraderie through shared experiences and laughter.
The episodes will feature different guests such as medical/dental students, alumni, faculty members and staff, researchers, healthcare professionals and members of the community. We will invite a diverse panel of guests to provide their various perspectives and expertise. Our approach will be very interactive and will encourage listeners to provide input through suggestions, questions and comments, thereby making sure that the topics remain relevant and interesting.
