About the Club
It is no secret that Montreal’s population is aging. As medical students and future physicians, we will be working closely with the geriatric population in numerous specialties. MSS Geriatric Interest Group’s mission is to stimulate interest and foster awareness of geriatric health issues. MGIG seeks to improve student knowledge and understanding of working with older adults in the healthcare system. To achieve these goals, MGIG will organize events and provide resources to medical students who are interested in working with this distinctive population.
