About the club

McGill Obstetrics and Gynecology Interest Group (MOGIG) aims to provide McGill Medical Students with a forum wherein they can explore many aspects of Women’s Health, especially those related to the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The primary goal is to provide students with exposure to disciplines such as Obstetrics and Gynecology but also explore those of Family Medicine obstetrics and Global Health with a focus on Women and Female Health. Through various workshops and research opportunities, MOGIG aims to support the development of skills which are applicable to the above mentioned specialties. MOGIG committee will aim to be a resource for information and liaison to the faculty and residents at McGill University and across Canada, to help prepare and guide students toward a career in OBGYN or other Women’s Health related disciplines.
