You can book a room in the Annex by filling out the form below!

The Lady Meredith Annex is a common meeting place for members of the McGill Medical Students’ Society (MSS).

If you wish to reserve space in the Annex for an upcoming event, please fill out and submit this form for your Annex booking request to be considered. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your request. Your request will only be approved when it appears in the Room Booking Calendar. This form is meant to be used by MSS members, MSS clubs, McGill medical students and members of the Faculty of Medicine.

Note: Annex room bookings will be publicly visible on the front page upcoming events calendar. They also appear in the Student Gateway’s iCal feed.

Please be advised that the CSTAR room cannot be booked for more than 2 consecutive hours by the same group of people. This space is meant to be easily and equitably accessible to all medical students of all years. It is not to be monopolized by the same group of students for an entire day(s) as this will prevent other classmates from gaining access to the room and further developing their physical exam skills.

Requirements

The Television, Fridge, Microwave, PS3 and Wii are only available in the Couch room. The projector is only available in the Board room.
