About the club

Our mission is to empower underserved communities across Montreal and beyond with free, evidence-based health information, focusing on vital issues such as health, physical and mental well-being, and disease prevention. We believe that equitable access to knowledge is the cornerstone of healthier communities. By forging partnerships with local organizations and healthcare providers, we aim to foster a future where everyone in our communities has access to the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health. This will ultimately lead to improved well-being and reduced healthcare disparities.

Youth in underserved communities often lack sufficient information, resources, and opportunities, which significantly impacts their healthy development. There is considerable confusion around health and wellness within existing channels. As a result, youth in these communities are less exposed to health-promoting information and have limited access to services and infrastructure. We aim to fulfill our mission through various outreach methods to reach our target population as effectively as possible. Our initiatives include organizing career fairs, professional mentoring, suturing workshops, wellness workshops, information sessions on different programs, and video series to make information as accessible as possible.
